For all regular packages (not the Student/NSF packages or Cardio-Muay Thai packages), you can attend ANY and ALL classes scehduled. The class schedule is published under the Schedule page.
For Student/NSF packages, you can only attend the classes highlighted as Student/NSF Classes. Basically, this means you can attend ALL classes except the 6.45PM and 8.15PM class on weekdays. If you have an existing Student/NSF package and wish to join the later weekday classes, you can attend by paying the special drop in rate of $18 per class. You can attend all weekend classes.
For Unlimited Cardio Kickboxing packages, you can only attend any Cardio Kickboxing classes (weekdays 12.15PM and 1PM).
You have 2 options:
1. Sign up for a Student/NSF package which is substantially cheaper which entitles you to come on weekends too, and pay the $18 drop in rate for the 6.45PM and 8.15PM classes on weekdays.
2. Sign up for the regular package (which entitles you to come for any class) and you will get 10% student discount.
It expires 1 month from the date you sign up. So if you signed up on 21st July, it will expire the following month on 20th August.
Yes you can! We heartily welcome beginners. Part of the purpose of setting up this gym was to spread interest in these martial arts. If you don’t have any specialised attire, you can just wear a T-shirt and shorts. Remember, for Muay Thai and MMA, you will need to kick, so make sure your shorts are flexible enough.
For MMA and BJJ, there will be grappling, so make sure your clothing fits securely!
Finally, whatever clothes you choose to wear, be prepared to really sweat a LOT in them!
If you are under the age of 18, please download and print out the Parental Consent Form that must be signed (by a parent/guardian) and submitted when you come down to the gym, otherwise you will not be allowed to register or join the classes.
While there is risk in any sporting activity, our policy is safety-first. So long as you comply with the rules of the gym and the instructions of the trainers, the training is very safe. Very serious injuries are almost non-existent in our gym. We have a very respectful and friendly training environment.
Light to full contact sparring is not done until students have reached a higher level. Beginners may from time to time practise ‘touch sparring’ where you use light taps instead of strikes. This is a drill just to train up one’s distancing, timing and footwork and is completely safe.
We have a ‘Try Before You Buy’ policy, so you can just come down and join any of our existing classes for the full session. We want you to be able to experience exactly what you are signing up for before you make your decision. If you are unsure of which class to take a trial for, you can email us at email@example.com.
For free trials, check our Schedule and drop by for any Muay Thai, BJJ or MMA class (choose 2 out of 3) you wish to try out. We don’t put on a separate “show” for trial classes: You get to participate in a full 90-minute class. This way you get to see exactly what you are signing up for.
Please note that once you sign up for a trial class, you must attend the second one within a week or you will forfeit the second trial.
Yes. If you do not have a gi, you will be required to rent one of our gis. Gi rental is charged at $10. Alternatively, you can attend a No-Gi Grappling class instead. If you decide to continue with the BJJ classes thereafter, you will be required to purchase a gi.

Yes, all packages have to be paid in advance.
No, the student/NSF packages are for full-time Students and full-time National Servicemen only.
Yes, if you are away for more than 7 days at a time and your package has not been expired for more than 2 months. You will need to show us evidence of travel in your passport. Furthermore, your membership cannot be suspended for a combined duration of more than 2 months per package.
If you are just starting out, we are happy to let you try a few sessions at the same price without purchasing the package of 8 sessions. However, if you wish to pay per class in the long run, it costs roughly 15% more.
No. All our trainers are on rotation for both Student/NSF classes and Adult classes.
For group classes, the student trainer ratio is about 10 to 12 students per trainer.
These rules apply to anyone who uses the gym’s facilities. The following rules are put in place to ensure a safe and comfortable training environment for everybody. We would be grateful if you would take the time to read them. The Gym rules constitute part of your license to use the gym.
Please show respect and consideration for other users of the gym. Abusive, rude, indecent and/or disruptive behaviour is strictly prohibited. Please respect and comply with the instructions of the instructors and/or the management of the Gym.
You may be required to show your gym membership. Please do so if requested.
Please ensure that you are checked in and registered for each lesson even if the staff/trainers omit to request the same.
You must not train or use the Gym facilities when unwell, ill or injured. Please notify trainers immediately if you are feeling unwell, fatigued, dizzy or any physical discomfort during training.
Please do not train with any open cuts or wounds or with any itching or visable rash which is exposed unless it has been ascertained by a health professional that such rash is not contagious.
Please maintain a reasonable standard of hygiene due to the close contact associated with martial arts. Trainees are encouraged to be clean and freshened up before training and ensure fingernails and toenails are kept short. Deodorant is appreciated!
The following activities are not allowed unless supervised by an instructor:
a) Full contact sparring/fighting
b) Judo/Jiujitsu/wrestling throws, slams and/or takedowns
You must always be alert and respond quickly to “tap outs” whether actual or verbal and/or “knock outs” (which includes any event where it appears the other party is unable to defend himself/herself reasonably). When in doubt, err on the side of caution and immediately release and/or cease the maneuver which led to the said “tap out” or “knock out”.
Always exercise reasonable caution not to cause undue injury to others.
Take all reasonable steps and precautions to protect yourselves and train in a manner which is safe for yourselves and others.
Please take note of the low height of the ceiling and do not attempt any maneuvers which might risk injury by contact with the ceiling or fixtures to the ceiling.
Please be properly attired for each session. Check with the instructors on the appropriate attire for each time of class. Please note that different martial arts and different kinds of training sessions may require different attire.
Do pick up after yourself and keep the Gym premises in a clean and neat state.
Shoes, slippers or other footwear are not allowed on the training mat or in the ring.Please place shoes on the shoe racks provided.
No food or drinks are allowed on the training mat, in the ring or in the shower rooms.
Bathrooms should be kept as clean and dry as possible.Please wipe your feet when leaving the bathrooms.
Treat all Gym property with care.
Please do not remove any of the Gym property from the Gym without express permission from the management.
When using the towel service, please return towels to the laundry bags outside the showers after use.
Non-staff members are prohibited from stepping behind the reception counter and/or using the telephone without permission from the management.
Please do not hog Gym equipment.
